1 can fish
125 grms peeled prawns
2 pints milk
150 grams soft cheese
350 grms wide reborn noodles
100 grams mushrooms
125 grams cheese grated tablespoon sherry

Drain off liquid, flake fish discarding bones. Melt 90 grams margarine in saucepan, stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Stir in milk, bring to the boil, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat, add the soft cheese, sherry parsley, mushrooms, prawns and flaked fish. season well.
