How To Make Egg Curry – Simple Recipe

Egg Curry


2 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon curry power
1 tablespoon flour
3/4 pint stock
1 tablespoon tomato puree
2 oz sultanas juice of lemon
salt and pepper
6 hardboiled eggs


Fry onion in heated oven until soft. Add curry power and flour, cook for two minutes. Blend in stock tomato puree and sultanas, if used, lemon juice and seasoning.Bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Have hard boiled eggs lengthwise, add to sauce and simmer for further five minutes.
