Test Your Vibration – Your Vibration Low or High? Keep High Vibration

Everything is energy. Energy on high vibration or low vibration. Test your vibration to know whether you have high vibration or low vibration. Always keep higher vibration.

I have noticed many times that when we are in the midst of a crowd we are tuned according to the vibration that prevails at that moment. If the crowd is with full of low vibrational people we receive low energy and if the crowd is full of high vibrational people we receive higher vibration. It all depends on what we generate as energy.

Spirituality and High vibration

Every time it is good to quiz to gauge your energy; the reason is that you would be slowly drawn to low energy and as the result of that you will begin to generate negative energy. When you are circled with low energy you lose your peace of mind and when you lose your peace of mind you become weak in your health and you will experience sickness. The real spirituality is based on our energy system as positive energy and negative energy and results come out according to the energy we have and we generate in us.

Health and High Vibration

Low vibration in a person brings health issues; such as stress, anger, sadness and so on.  Make sure that you should consume fresh fruits and healthy food that will generate high vibration.

Meditation and High Vibration

Here I would like to mention that practicing meditation everyday removes your past negative energy and as days go you will feel your high vibrational energy begins to run in your whole body. Everyday meditation clears your chaka blocks by which your energy begins to flow from top to bottom of your 7 chakras through your spine.

Everything is based on the way you think and search for. For that, you need high motivations in your life. Good motivations will change your priority of life which rewrites your energy system.

Now let us test and see whether we have low vibration or high vibration.
